The sea purchase changes are refundable only when the airline makes the involuntary change in the passengers' seat for any safety, security, or operational reasons.
The passengers will not b eligible for a refund in case of voluntary or involuntary upgradation of their seat to a higher cabin class.
The passengers will also not get the seat selection amount back if they opt for lower valued seat after purchasing a higher-valued seat.
If the passengers make the changes in their flight along with the flight date, in that case, they will not get back the refund of the amount they have paid to make seat selection.
Passengers traveling with an infant and all members in the same booking reference can select the seat free of charge as per the policy of Qatar Airways. However, the bassinet seat selection needs to confirm the infant seat bassinet.
Suppose the passengers wish to select the emergency exit seat. In that case, they are required to be at least 18 years old and understand the instructions printed on the cabin safety Card during emergency evaluation.
The passengers choosing the emergency exit seat must be physically fit and healthy without any medical condition, pregnancy, or impairment.
