The Sneeze guard post is like of partition. Available with Standoff Fittings, Z-Clamps, or U-channels Supplied with a flat cap and full flange base brushed stainless or black powder paint. Sneeze Guards and Partition Posts are constructed of 1" (25.4 mm) stainless steel tubing. Full flange type bases are supplied for surface mounting. The fixed glass on the front and slant is secured with nylon tipped set screws in the glass fittings. The sneeze guard post is marble or vitreous countertops using the Welded Flange Base and supplied screws. You can install them in wood, marble, or vitreous countertops using the Welded Base Plate and the supplied screws.
A glass guard isn't particularly common in movable or temporary sneeze guards. Its weight is prohibitive, it's a lot harder to work with, and it requires framing that just isn't feasible. The appeal of acrylic or polycarbonate outweighs the benefits of glass, though it is the most scratch-resistant material and can be made tempered to prevent dangerous shards.
