The ransom demanded by the software that was used in the cyberattack of 2020 wasn't paid but an IT expert says Saskatchewan residents aren't entirely out completely out of their miseries.
A recent report released by Saskatchewan's Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) notes that roughly 547,000 files taken by ransomware from provincial health care servers last January probably contained personal data.
