The 2023 Dodge Grand Caravan doesn't offer many infotainment features, and what it does have are unimpressive.

The touchscreen is small in comparison to rivals, its graphics are dated, and it's slow to respond to inputs. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are not available, and there's no USB port or Bluetooth in the base model, meaning smartphone integration options are limited.
