Malegra 200 contains a high dose of sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat ED. While effective, it can sometimes cause indigestion or heartburn (acid reflux) as side effects. These symptoms are generally related to how sildenafil affects smooth muscle in the body.

Sildenafil works by relaxing blood vessels to improve blood flow, but it can also relax the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) — the muscle that prevents stomach acid from rising into the esophagus. When the LES is relaxed, acid may flow back up, leading to heartburn or a burning sensation in the chest or throat.

Additionally, sildenafil can increase stomach acid production and slow digestion in some individuals, contributing to bloating, discomfort, or indigestion, especially if taken after a heavy or fatty meal.

The high 200 mg dose may increase the risk and severity of side effects, including gastrointestinal issues. Most men do not need such a high dose, and using the lowest effective dose is generally safer and more comfortable.

To reduce indigestion or heartburn, avoid large meals, alcohol, and acidic foods before taking Malegra. Always consult your doctor to determine the appropriate dose and discuss any persistent side effects.http://www.genericday.com/malegra-200-mg.html »
